Breakfast on Monday- Mandatory Meeting (attendance will be taken)

Hi All,

Monday morning at 10:30 we're going to have a hall brunch in our lounge. (Yum!)

Straight from brunch, we'll go to the dorm social at the park together. We have some important information to distribute on Monday, including the roommate contracts.

If you drink coffee, please stop by my whiteboard (room 426) and put a tic mark up, so we know how much coffee to buy.

Please do this by 10pm Sunday night.

I hope everyone had as much fun at the PMA as I did... :P

Was everyone there when the DJ played the electric slide song? That was so retro-cool. As an FYI, the museum is open every Sunday as a donation-only entry which means that for poor students like us we can choose to pay what we can to get into the museum. If you didn't see all the art that you wanted to, or if you were too busy eating the salmon, you can head back any Thursday. It's an easy 20 minute walk.

It looked like everyone was having a great time at the NSO events last night. Hopefully you all got T-shirts... they ran out pretty fast. I wouldn't have gotten one if Vanessa hadn't given me her basically filled out sheet! Anyway, that is probably the one and only time you will see so many people in the library! Poor kids trying to study on the 3rd floor, did you see them? Just kidding.

I would definitely say that last night's mixer was a great success. It was great to see everyone having fun getting to know each other.

When you get the chance, thank the house managers for their initiative of setting up the human taco game, the music and the water ice and pretzels. Thank your RAs for their delightful(?) training sessions as well!

Dinner and Meetings TODAY

Your floor staff would like to invite you to dinner and the first floor meeting Today, Thursday, August 28 in order to welcome you to your new home.

Optional: Dinner 5pm-6pm with your RAs (Sarisha & Toby), GA (Vanessa) and Events Manager (Carly). Meet outside Vanessa’s room, #426.

Mandatory: Floor meeting 7pm where we will explain policies, procedures etc. Also, new student orientation materials & passes will be distributed then. Freshmen who do not attend this meeting may not gain access to any NSO events! Location: 1938 Lounge -- EH First floor, turn around after going up main staircase
